That Margaret Atwood quote resonates tremendously. I’m working on being true to myself, my own authority. So, that one hits home.
Yolanda,
Welcome to Dianna’s Writing Den.
Margaret Atwood is one of my favourite writers, though I certainly have not read all of her books. Her words are powerful; if I wanted to I could write a whole post of her quotes. I’m glad that you liked this one.
Thanks for reading,
~Dianna
I probably should’ve mentioned it, but I’m not new here. Just changed my handle from Fantasy Novelista to my name.
Hehe well then welcome back 🙂 What inspired the name change, if you don’t mind me asking?
Not at all. I’ve been following Kristen Lamb. She’s a social media expert for writers. She highly recommends using your writing name in all your interactions on the web. You know– branding, platform building and what not. If you don’t know her already, you may want to check her out. http://warriorwriters.wordpress.com/
That’s a very interesting blog. It’s a shame that there’s never enough time in the day to read all of the interesting blogs that I see.
Personally I agree-I’ve been using my writing name in most places online for years, particularly my blog. Welcome to the club.
~Dianna
